This property is divided into two completely independent units: an apartment (1st and 2nd floor) very spacious and with lots of light, which has 4 bedrooms (2 suites and 2 bedrooms), terrace and rear patio, with capacity for up to 9 people; and a studio, more economical, located on the ground floor, very cozy, with a porch for exclusive use, and with capacity for 3 people.

 

The property has bicycles for guests to use free of charge. The property is located in a quiet and peaceful residential neighborhood made up of townhouses. In front of a children's playground, very close to the canals of the Ria de Aveiro, less than 300 meters from the Cais da Ribeira de Mataduços, stage of the Passadiços da Ria, a cycling pedestrian path that stretches from Aveiro to Estarreja in the middle and on the edge of the Canals da Ria, with excellent places to observe the fauna and flora of the Ria estuary.

 

Located 12 km from the beaches, approximately 60 km from Coimbra, to the south, and Porto, to the north, it is an excellent geographical option for discovering the center and north of Portugal.
